श्री राम कर्मभूमि न्यास
सांस्कृतिक चेतना, सामाजिक समरसता, समानता, सम्मान व प्रकृति की अनुकूलता के साथ सतत विकास के भारतीय जीवन दर्शन को जन – जन के व्यवहार में उतारने के संकल्प को सिद्ध करने के उद्देश्य से बिहार के सिद्धाश्रम में श्री राम कर्मभूमि न्यास की स्थापना हो रही है । भारत की पवित्रतम् नदी गंगा के तट पर स्थित यह महान तीर्थ महर्षि विश्वमित्र के संरक्षण व अन्य महान ऋषियों के ज्ञान के आलोक में श्री राम की शिक्षा – दीक्षा व परीक्षा भूमि रही है। इसी ज्ञान भूमि पर राजकुमार श्री राम के विराट व्यक्तित्व का निर्माण हुआ था, जिससे वे मर्यादापुरूषोतम के रूप में विख्यात हुए थे। उनके माध्यम से ऋषियों के देश भारत का सोया पुरूषार्थ जागृत हुआ था। ब्रह्मांड नायक के रूप में श्री राम की छवि निखरी और उनके विराट व्यक्तित्व से विश्व परिचित हुआ था। महर्षि विश्वामित्र, महर्षि गौतम, महर्षि भार्गव, महर्षि भारद्वाज, महर्षि नारद, महर्षि उद्दालक जैसे महाऋषियों एवं हजारों ऋषियों के ज्ञान के सानिध्य में यहां श्रेष्ठ मानव सभ्यता व संस्कृति की धारा प्रवाहमान थी ।
मर्यादा पुरूषोतम श्री राम के जीवन व आदर्श को सामने रखकर विकास, ज्ञान-विज्ञान, सुशासन का युगानुकूल भारतीय माडल देने के लिए सिद्धाश्रम बक्सर की धरती को नवाचार से युक्त विश्वस्तरीय जीवंत सांस्कृतिक केंद्र के रूप में विकसित कराना हमारा लक्ष्य है। स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के दिनों में ही जब भारत के लिए सुशासन का माडल देने की बात उठी थी, तब महात्मा गांधी ने राम राज्य के माध्यम से विकास व सुशासन सम्बंधी अपने चिंतन को व्यक्त किया था। महात्मा गांधी के सपनों को साकार करने एवं एकात्म मानवदर्शन के प्रणेता पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय के विराट चिंतन के अनुकूल स्वावलंबी, समर्थ व गौरवशाली भारत के निर्माण में योगदान के लिए इस न्यास का निर्माण किया गया है।
दैहिक दैविक भौतिक तापा ।
राम राज नहिं काहुहि ब्यापा ॥
सब नर करहिं परस्पर प्रीती ।
चलहिं स्वधर्म निरत श्रुति नीती ॥1॥
भावार्थ
‘रामराज्य’ में दैहिक, दैविक और भौतिक ताप या कष्ट किसी को नहीं होता था । सब मनुष्य परस्पर प्रेम करते हैं और वेदों में बताई हुई नीति (मर्यादा) में तत्पर रहकर अपने-अपने धर्म का पालन करते हैं ॥1॥
रामचरित मानस का यह दोहा हमारे ध्येय को परिभाषित व प्रतिबिंबित करता है। राम राज्य सम्पूर्ण मानव समाज को दैहिक, दैविक और भौतिक ताप से सम्पूर्ण मानव समाज को मुक्ति दिलाने वाला है । हमारे सारे उपक्रम व गतिविधियों के केंद्र में मानस का यह दोहा है। उत्तर में गंगा, दक्षिण में विंध्याचल की पूर्वी श्रृंखला अर्थात् कैमूर पहाड़ी, पूरब में सोन और पश्चिम में कर्मनाशा से घिरे क्षेत्र को चैरासी हजार ऋषियों का सिद्धाश्रम क्षेत्र कहा गया है। रामायण व अन्य भारतीय ग्रंथों में इस भूमि को चतुष्टय पुरूषार्थ प्रदान करने वाली बताया गया है। आधुनिक बक्सर की पावन धरती पर महर्षि विश्वामित्र व अन्य ऋषियों ने श्री राम को शिक्षा प्रदान कर त्रेता में राम राज का सूत्रपात किया था। इस युग की समस्याओं का समाधान देने व सतत विकास का माडल देने के लिए इस भूमि से सघन शोध, शिक्षण, प्रशिक्षण, युगानुकूल योजना निर्माण का कार्य करना ही हमारी योजना है। समाज, सरकार व अन्य संस्थानों के सहयोग से जागरूकता, संस्कृति संरक्षण-संवर्द्धन, आध्यात्मिक, नैतिक व भैतिक उत्थान में यह संस्थान महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी। इस संस्थान का कार्य क्षेत्र सम्पूर्ण भारत होगा।
सिद्धाश्रम बक्सर को लेकर हमारी परिकल्पना में राम राज्य के भाव व व्यावहारिक पक्ष को प्रदर्शित करने वाला ज्ञान-विज्ञान से युक्त एक ऐसा केंद्र बनाना है, जहां समाज व देश के समक्ष खड़ी समस्याओं को समाधान मिल सके। सम्पूर्ण विश्व को आकर्षित करने वाला सांस्कृतिक उपक्रम जो भारत की ज्ञान परंपरा को सम्पूर्ण रूप में व्यक्त करे। राजकुमार से ब्रह्मांड नायक बनने की कथा को जीवंतता के साथ सतत प्रदिर्शत कराने की व्यवस्था का निर्माण कराना जिससे भारत व पूरे विश्व के लोग इस तीर्थ क्षेत्र की ओर विकसित हों। श्री राम सतत विकास मॉडल (श्री राम सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट मॉडल) विकसित करने के उद्देश्य में निम्न कार्य योजनाओं पर न्यास कार्य करेगा।
न्यास के उद्देश्य एवं लक्ष्य
1. श्री राम की मर्यादा, व्यवहार और सामाजिक समरसता, समानता के पथ प्रदर्शक के रूप सिद्धाश्रम क्षेत्र बक्सर को विकसित करना। इस प्रकार राम राज्य की परिकल्पना को युगानुकूलता के साथ जीवंत करता हुआ बक्सर का निर्माण करना हमारा प्रमुख ध्येय है।
2. श्री राम संग्रहालय, सांस्कृतिक केंद्र व रामायण स्मारक (विश्व में पराक्रमी श्री राम के विशालतम प्रतिमाओं में से एक आदि) का निर्माण करना।
3. श्री राम राज्य के अनुकूल गांवों को विकसित कर युगानुकूल सतत विकास माडल का निर्माण करना।
4. गंगा, सरयू और सोन नदियों के तट व संगम पर श्री राम राम कथा से जुड़े स्थलों को विकसित कराना एवं पौराणिक, ऐतिहासिक, सांस्कृतिक, आध्यात्मिक विकास, स्वास्थ्य व पर्यायवरण की अपेक्षाओं को पूरा करने वाले विश्व स्तरीय पर्यटन केंद्र के रूप में इन्हें विकसित करना।
5. रामायण शोध संस्थान, शोध पीठों व केंद्रों आदि की स्थापना करना।
6. श्री राम राज्य की परिकल्पना को साकार करने वाले मानव टोलियों का निर्माण करने के लिए व्यक्ति निर्माण केंद्र स्थापित करना।
7. शोध आधारित साहित्य एवं पुस्तकालय का निर्माण, आधुनिक तकनीक का उपयोग करते हुए बक्सर के बारे में विश्व को बताने के लिए अपेक्षित कार्य व उपक्रमों का निर्माण।
8. महर्षि विश्वामित्र के सानिध्य में ।
भारत के प्राचीन ज्ञान को सामने लाने के लिए वेद विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना करना।
9. श्री राम के पराक्रम (धनुर्विद्या, साहसिक खेलकूद आदि) को युवाओं में स्थापित करने के लिए प्रशिक्षण केंद्र एवं खेल परिसर की स्थापना ।
10. योग, आयुर्वेद, नेचुरोपैथी (प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा), मर्म दाब योग (एक्यू प्रेशर), पंचगव्य, आयुष, एलेक्ट्रोहोमियो आदि प्राच्य भाारतीय ज्ञान शोध शिक्षण, विकास एवं नवाचार (इनोवेशनल) को विकसित करने हेतु संस्थान की स्थापना ।
11. महर्षि विश्वामित्र के सानिध्य में भारत के परा-अपरा विद्या के प्राचीन मॉडल को पुनः जागृत कर व्यवहार में स्थापित करने का उपक्रम खड़ा करना।
12. प्राकृतिक खेती एवं सहकारिता संबंधित उपक्रम स्थापित करना।
13. गुरुकुल पद्धत्ति अनुकूल बाल संस्कार केंद्र की स्थापना करना।
14. नारी उत्थान व सशक्तिकरण केंद्र एवं अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति, अंत्योदय केंद्र की स्थापना करना ।
15. कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार सृजन केंद्र की स्थापना करना ।
16. गोवंश संरक्षण, संवर्धन हेतु कपिला गोकुलधाम की स्थापना करना ।
17. गौ, गीता, गंगा, गायत्री शोध केंद्र की स्थापना करना ।
18. युवा ज्ञान-विज्ञान व्यक्तित्व निर्माण केंद्र की स्थापना करना ।
19. जीव-जंतु, पक्षी व्यवहार विज्ञान अभ्यारण्य, संरक्षण केंद्र की स्थापना करना।
20. वैदिक संगीत विज्ञान (म्यूजिक थिरेपी) उपचार केंद्र की स्थापना करना।
21. प्राकृतिक विज्ञान, सौर ऊर्जा, अभियांत्रिकी एवं प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र की स्थापना करना।
22. स्वास्थ्य पर्यटन केंद्र (मेडिकल टूरिज्म) एवं पर्यावरण अनुकूल ग्राम (इको फ्रेंडली विलेज) की स्थापना करना।
23. प्राकृतिक व जैविक खाद्य प्रसंस्करण केंद्र की स्थापना करना।
24. स्वावलंबन, स्वदेशी, स्वरोजगार विकास केंद्र की स्थापना करना।
25. बक्सर पंचकोसी परिक्रमा मार्ग को विकसित करना एवं वहां के प्राचीन स्मारकों को संरक्षित करना व उनका सौदर्यीकरण कराना ।
26. जल स्रोतों के संरक्षण, संवर्द्धन एवं वैदिक-जैविक कृषि विज्ञान अध्ययन व विकास केंद्र की स्थापना करना।
27. आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान एवं चिकित्सालय, अनाथालय, राम रसोई, आश्रालय, वृद्धाश्रम आदि केंद्रों की स्थापना करना।
28. श्री राम, महर्षि विश्वामित्र, महर्षि वशिष्ठ आदि ऋषियों के दिव्य जीवन व ज्ञान पर आधारित सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, शैक्षणिक, आर्थिक, आध्यात्मिक विकास हेतु समयानुकूल अत्याधुनिक संरचना, संस्थानों एवं केंद्रों की स्थापना करना।
29. मार्गदर्शक, संरक्षक, चिंतक, परामर्शदात्री एवं अन्य विद्या के विशेषज्ञों की समिति बनाना व समयानुसार उपसमिति आदि का निर्माण करना।
Sri Ram Karmbhumi Nyas
Sri Ram Karmbhumi Trust is being established in Siddhashram, Bihar with the objective of proving the resolve to implement the Indian philosophy of life of sustainable development with cultural consciousness, social harmony, equality, respect and compatibility of nature. This great pilgrimage situated on the banks of Ganga, the holiest river of India, has been the education- initiation and examination ground of Sri Ram in the light of the protection of Maharishi Vishwamitra and the knowledge of other great sages. It was on this land of knowledge that the great personality of Prince Sri Ram was formed, due to which he became famous as Maryada Purushottam. Through him the soy effort of India, the country of sages, was awakened. The image of Sri Ram as the hero of the universe flourished and the world was acquainted with his colossal personality. In the presence of great sages like Maharishi Vishwamitra, Maharishi Gautam, Maharishi Bhargava, Maharishi Bharadwaj, Maharishi Narad, Maharishi Uddalak and the knowledge of thousands of sages, the stream of excellent human civilization and culture was flowing here.
Keeping the life and ideals of Maryada Purushottam Sri Ram in front, it is our goal to develop the land of Siddhashram Buxar into a world-class vibrant cultural center with innovation, to give an age-old Indian model of development, knowledge-science and good governance. In the days of freedom struggle, when there was talk of giving a model of good governance for India, then Mahatma Gandhi had expressed his thoughts related to development and good governance through Ram Rajya. This trust has been created to fulfill the dreams of Mahatma Gandhi and contribute to the creation of a self-reliant, capable and glorious India in line with the great thinking of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, the pioneer of Integral Human Philosophy.

Gist
There was no physical, divine and material heat or suffering in ‘Ram Rajya’. All human beings love each other and follow their respective religions by following the policy (Maryada) prescribed in the Vedas.
This couplet of Ramcharit Manas defines and reflects our goal. Ram Rajya is going to liberate the entire human society from physical, divine and material heat. This couplet of Manas is at the center of all our undertakings and activities. The area surrounded by the Ganges in the north, the eastern range of Vindhyachal in the south i.e. Kaimur hills, Son in the east and Karmanasha in the west has been called the Siddhashrama area of eighty-four thousand rishis. In the Ramayana and other Indian texts, this land has been described as providing four-sided effort. On the holy land of modern Buxar, Maharishi Vishwamitra and other sages had initiated Ram Raj in Treta by imparting education to Sri Ram. In order to solve the problems of this era and to give a model of sustainable development, it is our plan to do intensive research, education, training, development of epoch-friendly plans from this land. In collaboration with society, government and other institutions, this institute will play an important role in awareness, culture preservation-promotion, spiritual, moral and physical upliftment. The work area of this institute will be whole of India.
Our vision of Siddhashram Buxar is to create such a center with knowledge and science, showing the spirit and practical side of Ram Rajya, where the problems facing the society and the country can be found. A cultural undertaking that attracts the whole world, which expresses India’s knowledge tradition in its entirety. To create a system to continuously display the story of the prince becoming the hero of the universe, so that the people of India and the whole world develop towards this pilgrimage area. In order to develop Sri Ram Sustainable Development Model (Sri Ram Sustainable Development Model), the Trust will work on the following action plans.
Objectives and Goals of the Trust
1. To develop Siddhashram Kshetra Buxar as a guide to Sri Ram’s dignity, behavior and social harmony, equality. In this way our main goal is to build Buxar by bringing alive the concept of Ram Rajya with epoch-making.
2. Construction of Sri Ram Museum, Cultural Center and Ramayana Memorial (one of the largest statues of mighty Sri Ram in the world etc.).
3. To create an era-friendly sustainable development model by developing villages suited to the state of Sri Ram.
4. To develop places related to Sri Ram Ram Katha on the banks and confluence of Ganga, Saryu and Son rivers and make them as world class tourism centers meeting the requirements of mythological, historical, cultural, spiritual development, health and environment. to develop.
5. Establishment of Ramayana Research Institute, Research Chairs and Centers etc.
6. Establishing Personnel Building Centers to create human groups to realize the vision of Sri Ram Rajya.
7. Creation of research based literature and library, creation of work and undertakings required to tell the world about Buxar using modern technology.
8. In the company of Maharishi Vishwamitra.
To establish the Veda Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya to bring forth the ancient knowledge of India.
9. Establishment of training center and sports complex to establish Sri Ram’s might (archery, adventure sports etc.) among youth.
10. Under the guidance of Maharishi Vishwamitra, to re-awaken the ancient model of Para-Apara Vidya of India and set up an undertaking to establish it in practice.
11. Establishment of natural farming and cooperative related undertakings.
12. Establishment of Gurukul system friendly child culture center.
13. Establishment of women upliftment and empowerment center and SC/ST, Antyodaya Kendra.
14. Establishment of skill development and employment generation center.
15. Establishment of Kapila Gokuldham for the protection and promotion of cows.
16. Establishment of Cow, Gita, Ganga, Gayatri Research Center.
17. Establishment of youth knowledge-science personality building center.
18. Establishment of Fauna, Bird Behavioral Science Sanctuary, Conservation Center.
19. Establishment of Vedic Sangeet Vigyan (Music Therapy) Treatment Center. ,
20. Establishment of natural science, solar energy, engineering and technology center.
21. Establishment of Health Tourism Center (Medical Tourism) and Environment Friendly Village (Eco Friendly Village).
22. Establishment of natural and organic food processing center.
23. Establishment of Swavalamban, Swadeshi, Self-Employment Development Center.
24. To develop Buxar Panchkosi Parikrama Marg and to preserve and beautify the ancient monuments there.
25. To establish a center for the conservation, promotion of water sources and the study and development of Vedic-organic agricultural science.
26. Establishment of centers of medical sciences and hospitals, orphanages, Ram Rasoi, shelters, old age homes etc.
27. To establish state-of-the-art infrastructure, institutions and centers for social, cultural, educational, economic, spiritual development based on the divine life and knowledge of sages like Sri Ram, Maharishi Vishwamitra, Maharishi Vashisht etc.
28. Formation of committees of guides, mentors, thinkers, counselors and experts of other disciplines and to form sub-committees etc. according to time.
